THIS IS WHAT OWNER DEPENDENCE LOOKS LIKE
Your practice may be busy. Your team may care. Your revenue may even look healthy. But behind the scenes, things still feel harder than they should.
Cash flow feels tight even when revenue is strong.
The team waits for the owner to make the final call.
Accountability feels personal instead of structural.
Culture changes depending on who is working that day.
Meetings happen, but follow-through is weak.
The owner is still the glue holding everything together.
That is exhausting. It is also fixable.
THE IVMS SYSTEM
The IVMS System helps independent practices build the structure needed to run with less chaos, better numbers, stronger leadership, and more team ownership. This is not generic business theory. It is a practical operating system built inside real veterinary hospitals by a current multi-site practice owner.

BUILT FOR INDEPENDENT PRACTICES
IVMS is designed for:
-
Independent private practices.
-
General small animal clinics.
-
Practices with 1 to 10 DVMs.
-
Practices grossing 1 million to 15 million per year.
-
Owners who want better cash flow, a stronger culture, and less dependence on themselves.
-
Leadership teams that are ready to do the work, not just talk about change.
This is not built for owners looking for a magic wand. It is built for owners who want a practical structure their team can actually use.
THE 4 PARTS OF THE IVMS SYSTEM
The system is built around four areas every practice needs to run with less chaos and more ownership.
01
VISION AND STRATEGY
Get the practice out of reactive mode.
Define where the practice is going, what matters this quarter, which numbers matter, and how the team will stay aligned.
Outcome
Your team knows the plan and the priorities.
02
RIGHT PEOPLE, RIGHT SEATS
Turn values into real standards.
Clarify roles, define expectations, benchmark core values, and create hiring, onboarding, and review systems that support the culture you actually want.
Outcome
Accountability becomes clearer and less personal.
03
PRODUCTIVE MEETINGS
Make meetings useful again.
Build a meeting rhythm that creates ownership, clear actions, follow through, and better communication across the team.
Outcome
Meetings stop draining time and start moving the practice forward.
04
BUDGETING AND FINANCE
Profit on purpose.
Build a yearly budget, identify profit leaks, forecast staffing needs, and connect financial decisions to the goals of the practice.
Outcome
You have a cash flow positive budget and a clearer plan for profit.

NOT READY FOR THE FULL IVMS SYSTEM YET?
Some owners know they need structure, but they are not ready to jump into the full Signature Workshop. That is where the 90 day implementation fits. We choose one painful area, spend one focused workshop day building the plan, then support implementation over the next 90 days so it actually gets used by the team.
BEST FOR:
-
Owners who want to test the IVMS approach before committing to the full system
-
Practices with one loud problem that needs attention now
-
Teams that need a practical first win before a bigger change

If you don’t see the value by the end of the initial workshop, you don’t pay.
FREE TOOLS TO HELP YOU FIND THE RIGHT STARTING POINT
Not every practice needs to start in the same place. Use these tools to identify the gap, start a useful conversation with your team, or decide what needs attention first.
Each tool solves one piece. The IVMS System helps you build the structure behind the whole practice.
WANT YOUR TEAM TO UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS SIDE OF PRACTICE?
